Jaeden was completely lost when it came to nutrition and exercise. She was barely eating throughout the day. She had no motivation and really needed someone to guide and motivate her. Over the last several months, Jaeden is working out more consistently, eating more than she ever has, and feeling more confident in herself. We focus on building healthy habits and discipline instead of relying on motivation.
Erin was an avid marathon runner and wanted to learn some cross training to get stronger and help her running. She wanted to lose some body fat and get her nutrition more in line with her training schedule. Erin has built so much strength and lost 5% body fat in the time that she has worked with me. Now we are working on more specific goals like doing a body-weight pull up and improving her handstand. We also are making sure she eating enough to fuel all her activities.
Addie had tried several workout programs and diets over the years with no real success. She came to me to try something new with boxing and self defense. Being a single foster mom, self defense training was important to her. She also struggled with knowing the right things to eat and making time to prepare food. Now Addie enjoys working out and is learning how to make time to eat throughout her busy day. She is stronger and more confident than she ever has been.
Heather came to me because she had been working out for a long time and not seeing as much progress as she wanted. She was also struggling with her nutrition and wanted to feel stronger and more empowered. She also wanted to learn self defense because she noticed that she was feeling paranoid and afraid in certain areas. We focus a lot on building strength, changing up her workouts, being more mindful about what she's eating, and learning some new skills with boxing and self defense. Not only has she gotten physically stronger, but mentally as well.

These girls came to me after they were being bullied at school. Their parents thought it would be a good idea for them to learn some self defense so they would be more prepared next time the bully attacked them. They learned how to punch, kick, knee, elbow, and escape all kinds of dangerous positions. They gained confidence and skills to deal with the bully in the best way possible and they've had no problems since then.
