Hey there! My name is Chelsea Kyann LaGrasse and I have helped 100's of clients over the last 8 years change their life and reach their maximum potential. Health, fitness, and nutrition is my passion and my purpose in life is to share that knowledge and experience with as many people as I can. I teach people of all ages and fitness levels how to navigate their fitness journey in a way that works for them. Although we all have common struggles, our solutions to those struggles vary with each person because we are all unique. I'm here to help you find your way and to break down the unnecessary rules and restrictions

YOU and YOUR goals are my main concern. Let's build a relationship with each so I can learn about your personal struggles and goals. This is not a one size fits all training. You have the potential inside of you. You just need a little guidance getting there.


My workouts focus on building muscular strength and endurance, functional movements, and mobility and flexibility. I want you to not only look strong, but feel strong too. My training incorporates challenging workouts that focus on compound movements and core work, realistic nutrition coaching and intuitive eating, as well as mindset tools. Not only do we want to be physically strong, but mentally strong too!

Walk the walk

Everything that I write, post, teach, train and give advice about is how I live my life. I stand by the training and teaching I give my clients and lead by example. I've worked hard to find balance in my life and I want to share my experience with you.
